At Yilra, we craft leather goods to be used and enjoyed for a long time. Because we stand behind our materials and workmanship, we offer a lifetime warranty on our leather bags and accessories.
What “lifetime” means: the usable life of the product under normal, intended use by the original owner.
Natural variation is part of genuine leather. Each item may show slight differences in color or texture due to the tanning process and hand finishing. These are not defects but signs of authenticity. Many pieces include an authenticity card confirming vegetable-tanned leather made without substances prohibited by law. Small veins, light wrinkles, and minor surface marks may appear and will develop with use—each item is one of a kind.
What the Lifetime Warranty Covers
Yilra warrants that your product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for the product’s lifetime. If a manufacturing defect appears, we will repair the item at no cost (or, if a repair isn’t possible, we may replace it with the same or a comparable item).
Examples of covered issues:

Stitching issues caused by faulty workmanship.

Hardware failure (e.g., zippers, clasps, buckles, rivets) due to a manufacturing defect.
What’s Not Covered
The warranty does not apply to:

Normal wear and tear (patina, softening, minor scuffs, color variation, or creasing that occurs with use).

Accidental damage (drops, crushing, tears, cuts, stains).

Improper care or maintenance (e.g., exposure to harsh chemicals, prolonged sunlight, heavy rain/soaking, or failure to condition the leather as recommended).

Alterations or unauthorized repairs.

Damage from external events (fire, flood, natural disasters).

Intentional damage or misuse (overloading or using the item outside its intended purpose).

Loss or theft.
How to Make a Claim
If you believe your item has a manufacturing defect and needs repair:

After we receive the item, we’ll repair it within 1 week of delivery to us.
